Our lovely rural property has fantastic facilities including a gloriously high ceilinged dining hall that can seat up to 120 people… with an unbeatable outdoor courtyard in front, lawns and a rose garden to the side, and a vineyard! There’s a full commercial kitchen where the caterers serve up their fabulous cuisine, great places to take photos and a friendly but stylish atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a venue… take a twenty minute drive from the centre of Christchurch to talk to us. You will be happy you did. In Spring, the lavender is in full bloom, a bright purple accent beside the silver leaves of the olive trees and the soft country terracotta of the barn and function hall. In Summer, the sun casts stunning shadows across the stones of the limestone pebbled courtyard. And of course Autumn has its grand displays of opulent colour, crisp mornings and timeless days. In every season, Cossars has a different personality – always the same, but always changing. That’s the magic.
